Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Audience measurement data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your data is never sold. It is processed only by me and by the technical providers the site needs: Netlify (hosting and form), Calendly (bookings) and Google (audience measurement). These providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States, under appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
The site only uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*, up to 13 months) if you accept them. If you refuse, none are set. Your choice is stored in your browser, with no advertising cookies.
You can change your choice at any time: manage cookies.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to sara.rodriguez@bysrm.com.
